"Arrived at 5pm . There was no running water in the hotel at all but the staff didn't mention this. When I went back to reception they advised it should be ok within the hour. Turned out to be the next day. So unable to wash, shower, or flush the loo. Staff didn't care. No housekeeping at all for a 2 day stay. After 1st night in hell. Beds were not made, bins were not emptied. Nothing "
