"Hotel is nice, clean, well located to take a cruise. Staff was in general nice but when I asked about shuttles they said there were no shuttles to the port, when there were like 3 vans outside. Maybe there are no shuttles to the port, but I still don’t know as the guy didn’t want me to ask for that."

"It's probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed. There are no windows that you can open. You can't even pull the curtain aside because people walking in the hallway see you. It's like prison. The room smelled mold. The hotel smells marijuana and it's not allowed but I guess they don't care about it. The room was very dirty. The hotel needs a big renovation. There's water dripping from the upper floors when you're walking in the hallway. Housekeeping staff needs to be changed completely. They're doing a terrible job. Housekeeping manager also needs to be replaced with an experienced manager. This hotel obviously hires cheap labor. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Find a nicer and safer hotel. This hotel is in a bad area. There were fights during the night. I didn't feel safe or clean at all."

"No breakfast, curtain for door to shower area"

"This place was fine. Beach was good except they placed $200 cabanas in front of the other chairs so the ocean view was blocked. We were charged for umbrellas .. even though the price included resort fees. Parking was very high $50! The location was great .. within walking distance to all good activities. The staff were kind .. room was kept clean. Outdoor pool was nice and the bartender was cool. We missed the mermaid show because it was booked for a party. Ask ahead if you’re going specifically for that."
