"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was dirty when I arrived, with dust and stains that made it feel poorly maintained. What was even worse was that the bed linens were never changed during my stay. The lack of cleanliness and attention to basic housekeeping standards was unacceptable. "The gentleman who checked us in was SO helpful and friendly. The room was clean, the pool area was clean. The big pool was pretty cold but still fun once you got in and used to the water temp. the breakfast was running low by the time we got there in the morning but it was still delicious.
