"The A/C made the room feel sticky and humid, no proper ventilation in my opinion, it was basically a fan attached to the side of the wall, could tell it was old because every time it came on it released a weird smell, also the pillows were not that comfortable, very bland, no neck support, made sleeping pretty rough…but other than that everything else was great"

NOT SURE I UNDERSTAND HOW THE HOTEL WAS NOT AWARE THAT THE RESERVATION WAS FOR 5 PEOPLE, AND WHEN ARRIVED THEY NOT ACCOMMODATED ME AND MY FAMILY ACCORDING TO MY RESERVATION. "Overall, this day was OK. There were minor things like the tub was really yellow at the bottom and everything is kind of outdated."
