"the property was alright, however nothing was really available expect the pool the gym nothing was in complete working condition. the restaurant and shops were closed. they said it was the off traveling time but why wouldn't you still have the restaurant be available. the description for the room states balcony, but its really not a balcony more like a little step ledge. A balcony you can sit out on...that's not what this was so to pay more thinking you can sit out and look at the ocean drink your coffee.. that was so not the case. I was very disappointing. This hotel is just in a good location if you like to walk. the water didn't work one of the nights we were there. the staff is not very interactive. I was told that's were a lot of people stay when its carnival time but I'm guessing than that's when they up there game and make the place look like the website. they do need a bit of an upgrade. there's only 1 ice maker on the 3rd floor 1 microwave on the 2nd floor. rooms in the 409 area expect to hear loud music late in the night.. my room was 338 which face the front of the hotel pretty quiet. I was easy to catch the safari bus in front of the hotel 2dollar fare."

"Pros: full fridge, microwave in room. The room amenities would have been great, had they all been working properly. Spacious room. Washer/dryer on property, although you do need to ask where they are located. Security and golf cart drivers were friendly. Nice balcony view. Cons: No property map included. Minimal information provided upon check in. You are given 2 pieces of paper outlining the towel exchange/housekeeping process. Housekeeping is 1x/week. Additional housekeeping is available for a fee. Floor was filthy on arrival. We notified the front desk to request it be mopped or to borrow a mop. They stated they would have it mopped the following day. This did not occur. 4 days into our 8 day stay we were texted/offered a complimentary free housekeeping day. The room was made up but the floor did not appear to be mopped. Additionally, we put our towels outside the room on our door and contacted the desk as per instructions to exchange towels. This did not happen until my husband went to the front desk to inquire about it. He also informed them that our room number and our room phone number did not match. One was 301. The other was 312. The staff said housekeeping probably went to the wrong room. This probably explained the random 2am-3am phone calls we were receiving to our phone which read "room 312". The 2 burner stovetop was partially functional. One didn't work at all. The 2nd burner turned off in the midst of cooking. The fridge leaked water all over the floor."

"My boyfriend and I loved our stay here. The staff was super helpful and our room was clean. Although the beach had sargassum, they were very accommodating and offered us shuttles to the near by beaches free of charge. Would def come back here!"

"me an my wife who are locals spend the memorial weekend there an was very impressed with our room nice an clean nice ocean view from the balcony. nice excellent restaurant to have dinner.Had the chance to talk an meet Babara very nice lady that works there an do an awesome job...... Definitely we will be booking again in the near future.....Anthony....."

"Everything needed (even conditioner and hand lotion)-- other than a kettle in the room but I was able to get hot water for tea, from the in-house restaurant, during their operating hours. (Ones of the owners at reception does not have the most welcoming personality but if u ignore the way she may treat you, everyone else was really sweet & fantastic!!) Cleaning rooms upon request, even daily if wanted/needed.. One night, there was a water issue but thankfully that got resolved and the staff got me a shower in another available room...(Sounds like it was an Island thing? Not totally sure...?)"

"It's convenience and spectacular view of the harbor over looking Charlotte Amelia for our last night. The front desk lady on the mid-shift was so pleasant and knowledgeable to our questions. The restaurant's atmosphere was perfect for my wife and I as we lived in the VI for many years. To finish our stay, our taxy driver was like a private tour guide to the airport. What more do you want ?"
