"Very clean bed sheet, blanket, floor, bathroom and shower.
Staff were very polite, helpful and nice.
Air condition and heater working fine.
The room door had little opening at the bottom where the ants got in during the day and night.
No table and chair which made us sit on the bed all the time.
No rack for placing luggage therefore we had to place our luggage on the floor.
No continental breakfast and coffee machine in the room.
Not much channel variety on TV. Old movies and not easy to operate...

"This place is overpriced, dirty feeling, dark, and staff assistance non existent. No wifi except piggy backing off the casino. The casino is a small and dingy as well. I do not recommend. 40 min from Reno with the fastest way driving back to 80 in Cali - Truckee."

"We would definitely stay here again! We were there for a family get-together and it is a very nice property. Good fresh breakfast served daily and lots to choose from. Coffee, tea, hot cocoa available all the time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel is very convenient...it's right in the middle of everything. Only 15 minutes to Lake Tahoe and just minutes from downtown Truckee!
We didn't go into the pool but used the Hot Tub almost every day - big and...

"Hot tub was great, but not covered. That wast so convenient since it was snowing. Rooms are not renovated, but nicely decorated. Otherwise great pretty property that feels like you are in the alps. The ski storage is only open until 9 though so after hours you have to bring your ski gear back to the room."
