"Stayed at the Jacksonville Waterwalk by Windham for a few days while family had surgery at Mayo. Room was great and the hotel was nice. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. Shout out to Derick as one of the best staff members. He was great with everything we needed. Definitely recommend."

"The room was very comfortable, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. One downside is no ice maker available on first 3 floors and one of their 2 elevators was out. They were quite busy so an elevator ride could take some time. Had to share it with cleaning carts & maintenance carts. That was not such a big problem, just a little aggravating. We stayed 2 weeks for treatments at mayo clinic. If you need similar situation this hotel is really convenient. Straight out 202 to San pablo road. Price was right through hotels.com too."

"Staff was extremely nice!! The location was perfect for our trip. I do wish there was just a little bit more lighting in the bathroom and the shower was just a tad bit dirty. But nothing unbearable. Overall it was a nice stay. Would most definitely return"

"The only negative comment I have is that there is no overhang at the entrance. It started raining right when I checked in so we were unable to unload our luggage until the rain stopped later that evening. Also our shower gel wasn't filled so there was only enough gel for my daughter. I ended up using shampoo to wash my body. "
