"Pool was great"

"Do not stay here. Our room was incredibly dated with old carpet and furniture from a decade ago. The bathroom had horrible water damage. The first night, the toilet ran and slowly started leaking across the floor to the hall. We reported the issue, staff simply threw a towel down. I called and complained and they stated they would call me back. They never called. We went to reception and they reported it to maintenance. When we returned to the room they used another towel to clean up the water and left it there. Now leaving two nasty towels, and no cleaning was done. They caulked the toilet, stopped the leak. Very stay disappointing, I’m surprised the Hilton put their name on this property. "

"This hotel and staff were beyond superb!! My family and I had an awesome time. I've stayed at many expensive resorts and on times Square in New york city and the customer service was unmatched. "The rooms are very comfortable having a nice sitting area with a comfy couch, table, and versatile ottoman’s that you could either sit at a nesting table or prop up your feet on. There are two tv’s in separate rooms too. At the present time, there really is no choice of outside parking, only valet. There are plenty of restaurants and beach access in walking distance from the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."
