"This was mostly an amazing stay. The room was nice and same with the bathroom. I only have 2 complaints: 1) we were on the first floor and the footsteps above us were very loud and woke us many times during the night. 2) the chairs at the pool do not allow your lower back to rest on the chair unless you sit on the metal bar. They were uncomfortable! However, the chairs at the beach were an amazing bonus."
"This hotel is amazing!!!! It feels you are in a fairy tail story or even Disney. A lot of activities for kids. Everything easy and without any error. The food was just good compared with the average waterpark resorts and many different options.
I definitely recommend this one. I will be back this summer "
"The good: staff was over the top friendly, cheerful, helpful, couldn’t do enough for you. The restaurant Drift is amazing. Bar is great, food is excellent, service above and beyond.
The not so good: Beach chairs are reserved at 7am when they open but aren’t physically sat in until 10:30-11:00. We got to the beach at 8:30 and got chairs but not along the waters edge while we watched the chairs in front of us sitting empty for 3 hours. Doesn’t seem right or fair to me.
Our room was immaculate however we were given a 1st floor standard room with no view - shame on me for using Hotels.com and not understanding which building my room was in. We were in the older building and it was noisy as the occupants above us were stomping around late into the night. Always ask for the NEW tower when booking a room. Our room was equipped with a full kitchen which was a surprise but of
no use to us for a one night stay.
It’s a fantastic family oriented resort and I highly recommend it for families with young children.

"The staff were really nice, felt that the rooms could use some updating for sure. Felt old and tired. The small TVs were a dead give away to how they needed to be updated, especially for the area. The pictures that you show do not truly show how it really looks. "
