"After a long travel day it was nice being greeted by Jay. Jay was very friendly and helpful during the check-in process. The room had been updated and was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot for a shower. The only thing the room was missing was a chair (other than desk) to sit in. There is room in the corner by the floor lamp. Something at the bottom on the drapes would help to keep all the air from the unit from blowing up under the drapes instead of into the room. ...

"After reading some of the recent reviews, I was skeptical, However, the room was clean. BASIC, but clean! The pool and elevator were both in working order and the pool was warm enogh to swim (December). Towels were provided for the pool. The bathroom in our room only had 2 towels, but I'm sure we could have asked for more at the front desk. No coffee maker in the room, but coffee was available in the lobby all day long. The breakfast was basic but free and fresh, cereal, muffins, bagels, and...

"Mobility accessible room was spacious enough for me to comfortably get around. Roll in shower was very nice. Bed was the most comfortable one. I have slept in at a hotel in a very long time. I like a firm mattress and this was. The chair and ottoman was very comfortable and worked well for my needs to keep my feet elevated."
