"Overall, the hotel was a good value for the location. The staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions. An oddity to us was that there was no staff on site from about midnight to 7 am, so early checkout is a matter of trust when leaving the key card on the counter. A plus is that a key card is needed to gain entry into the hotel during off hours and entry to the elevator at all hours. "The location was great. Our room had a jacuzzi spa tub that was good. The reason for a less than stellar review was due to the broken elevator/lift. We were (technically) able to use it to reach the 1st floor. However between the functioning lift and our room - we had to navigate our luggage over some steps going both up to a platform then back down. That was beyond inconvenient when fatigued."
