"Lovely beautifully decorated hotel with a great restaurant (best dinner so far) - and a delicious breakfast. It’s about 10 - 15 minutes out of the town of Dingle which we liked - quiet in the countryside."

"The location of Misty Bay is fantastic. It’s extremely quiet and the views are gorgeous. The grounds are immaculate. Phil, our host, was most welcoming. Our room was beautiful, the linens were pristine and our bathroom was modern with even a heated towel rack. "We stayed for one night. Great boutique hotel. Food in bar was exceptional and the morning breakfast was some of the best I’ve had in Ireland so far. I would definitely recommend the hotel."

"I never had of Newcastle West before, but if you are ever in this town, this is the place to be.
My wife considered the breakfast "the best Irish breakfast in Ireland," and who am I to disagree?
We truly enjoyed our stay (and the breakfast) as well the friendly staff including (especially Derek the manager).
We need disability-friendly accommodations, and this hotel, in this regard, was a great place to stay.
The true test of any hotel, is "Would you go back?," and we would gladly come back...

"We absolutely loved staying here in Dingle. Collette who checked us in was lovely and so helpful with tips of things to do and see during our stay. This is a new hotel and they truly have done an exceptional job with bringing this property to the market. The location is also excellent. We only stayed one night but as we plan to go back to Dingle again we will certainly book The Gable."
