"We absolutely loved staying here in Dingle. Collette who checked us in was lovely and so helpful with tips of things to do and see during our stay. This is a new hotel and they truly have done an exceptional job with bringing this property to the market. The location is also excellent. We only stayed one night but as we plan to go back to Dingle again we will certainly book The Gable."

"I never had of Newcastle West before, but if you are ever in this town, this is the place to be. My wife considered the breakfast "the best Irish breakfast in Ireland," and who am I to disagree? We truly enjoyed our stay (and the breakfast) as well the friendly staff including (especially Derek the manager). We need disability-friendly accommodations, and this hotel, in this regard, was a great place to stay. The true test of any hotel, is "Would you go back?," and we would gladly come back...

"Beautiful hotel setting. Our room was ok in size, but very clean! Free parking is a plus because your are near Blarney castle. Service at hotel and restaurant (dinner at Christy’s ) was just ok, not great but food was good. The set up for breakfast is beautiful and with lots of choice. The staff at breakfast (the mill) was very friendly and helpful"

"We had a suite and it was incredibly nice…facing the lake. Room service was fast, hot and delicious. Wonderful views and right on the Ring of Kerry. Would definitely stay here again."

"The property has good hotel standard bedrooms, but the minimum of hotel facilities. That is not a criticism but it means that if you only want good accommodation you're not paying for things you don't need. The front desk is staffed 24 hours. Staff are pleasant and helpful. There is some provision for a small breakfast, although we didn't use that. Hotel is in a good position in Dingle, close to pubs, cafes, restaurants, activities.
