"Really not sure how this motel has an overall high star score. The night clerk with a missing tooth was so rude, its a motel & she said they had no extra pillows when the owner the next morning said they did. Beds were uncomfortable, hard, flat pillows, you pay for what you get!!!"

"We have stayed here 3 or 4 times now. We enjoy our stay as the rooms have been recently refinished. The room is cozy, however the small negatives are the bathroom sink lacks space (no space for toiletry bag or any items) and the parking in the center court is very narrow for large vehicles. Beds are comfortable and the ac units do the job. We didn't get a chance to use the sauna on this trip. The electronic checkin (you get code and room number via text)works get as the office isn't staffed....

"We arrived on the heels of a snowstorm after driving 10 hrs. We were greeted by a well-dressed, highly professional desk clerk who efficiently and eagerly answered all of our questions and a few we didn't know to ask. I do not recall the woman’s name but she was a young woman from Great Falls. She was just a gem! Our room was clean, smelled great and the shower was perfect. Breakfast the next day was outstanding! "Cabins were over 20 miles from West Yellowstone. When I booked, I searched for places to stay in West Yellowstone, not someplace so far away. Also, road into cabins was poorly plowed and as it got warmer and snow became slush it was an adventure getting to and from our cabin."
