"Comfortable night of sleep, room seemed very clean and well kept. When I came down for breakfast, 30 minutes after it opened, every trash bin was full, so clearly was not emptied the day before. Not much selection on food, scrambled eggs were actually cold, like they had been put in the fridge over night and set back out, without warming."

"Well it’s very outdated, carpet was gross, bathroom door was hard to close, had to slam it to get it shut. Pool was nice but there were so many children unaccompanied by parents, our children couldn’t swim more than a foot due to the other children jumping into the pool almost on top of them. Bathroom shower and sink took forever to drain. The breakfast was so/so. The only great part was the shuttle a Miss Tammy was an absolute delight to talk to while leaving Kings Island. "We booked this hotel while visiting family, and one of the main reasons we chose it was because we were traveling with my father, who is blind. We really appreciated the spacious accessible room and the grab bars in the bathroom, which made his stay much easier and more comfortable. Unfortunately, there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues that affected our experience.
