"Nice clean room. It was refreshed every other day. Upon arrival we were asked what kind of stay we were in the area for, and some lovely suggestions were given. We asked for an extra pillow, and it was quickly given to us. We had trouble opening the door on the last day, and were assisted before we needed to visit the office. "Debbie is as sweet as they come. She goes above and beyond to help. BUT Room 138 had a flooded bathroom and holes burned in the bedding. Moved to 139. The room is horrible. There was no hot water at all. Poor Debbie had to work a double because no one came to relieve her. She was so tired this morning, she fell asleep and didn't get coffee going. This is no way to run a motel. "

"Mr. Patel was GREAT! I messed up my reservation, called Mark with Hotels.com. He spoke with Mr. Patel and Mr. Patel made my mistake go away. The Hotel, being a little older, was very possibly the CLEANEST hotel I have stayed at. And that list of hotels is long. And by the way. You really should remove the ECO crap question. "I stayed this location for over a week. There were some nights that the people next-door to my room. We’re very loud and always people going in and out of that room. The parking spots were very narrow and the room next to me was used as a storage room for extra furniture. The staff was very professional. I had to get my key to my room reactivated every day, so that was an inconvenience."
