"I only gave 3 stars for staff because it’s unstaffed, no reception desk all virtual check in. This is a very small town with very little to do, but it’s very close to falling water and right on the river. Cucumber falls is right up the street. The room was very nice. The breakfast wasn’t really anything but the Ohiopyle Coffee Company is right across the street and was very good."

"Very good option for a budget motel. Clean, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water. Like all at this very low price point, there's some wear and tear, but they try very hard and do many small things better than expensive hotels. Breakfast is minimal, but adequate and better than some other extremely low-cost places. Wi-fi not so good, but you can't expect everything at this price."

"The room itself just needed a couple touch ups like paint and maybe a new toilet seat.. and brighter lights or an overhead light. Other than that the bed was comfy and the manager brought us a microwave because ours wasnt working. Overall a pretty good experience. "
