"The location was good and the room was nice.
When we got there the valet was extremely helpful and the girl checking us in was very friendly.
We did witness an employee being very rude to a group who had thought they had booked a room, but she said they never got the confirmation hotel. It was completely uncalled for the way that group was being treated.
The next night that same employee, Tatiana was extremely rude to my husband about the water. The lobby container was empty and we asked if we could get some more and you would have thought we were asking for her to hang the moon. Her reaction and the way she treated was uncalled for. For staying at a nice hotel, you would think getting water wouldn’t cause such an issue. It was extremely disappointing.
We took our kids to get dinner on the 15th floor at bloom and the waitress was super rude. We were never greeted, so we sat at a table outside and finally when she came to bring menus she had a major attitude and told us if we needed to order anything we would need to come to her because she was really busy, yet there was hardly anyone there. We left at that moment and did not stay to eat.
We travel a lot and I was really disappointed in this hotel staff. It was extremely unacceptable."
