The hotel cancelled our reservation (not me) because in our view the room was not properly accessible or secure. They said they had no other room available. After 45 minutes we were left without a room at nearly 7PM. With no refund. No room. After 7 hours of travelling. As senior citizens. Stay far away from this property."
