"Staff was awesome room was very clean. They had pastries and coffee for breakfast. Definitely recommend."

"Was unable to take a shower. No hot water and shower handle broke in my hand. Tried to call the front desk for help but it was less than an hour before checking out. Pool wasn’t working."

"Clean room great location "

"We stayed here for a weekend getaway, and everything about our experience was excellent. The entire facility was very clean — even the hallways were spotless without a single piece of trash on the floor. We booked an Executive King Suite, and the room was impressively clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff truly made our stay memorable. Everyone we interacted with was cordial, respectful, and extremely helpful. Their professionalism and kindness stood out. Breakfast was superb....

"The amenities at the hotel were nice and clean. But, the ice machine which is one per floor while convenient in many ways. You had to take a hike with a water bottle just to get to the ice machine. Hotels and motels might be better served if they had an ice machine by the elevators and one at the end of the halls. The restaurant bar was clean convenient. But, I had a Caesar salad that was almost as small as a happy meal. I recommend that they do better when it comes to portions."

"The room was clean and seemed refurbished with new furniture and floor. The check-in Kiosk was a bit of an issue because it has an AI bot and they chose an Indian person as the avatar. The issue was, it had an accent I could not understand at times, so check-in wa a little slow. I never could get on the internet. After getting the wi-fi chosen, I tried to log in with their password and it would just kick me out and back to the 'choose wi-fi" settings page. I tried a dozen times and just gave up...

"Breakfast wasn’t that great. I think they can do much better. My room accommodation was a mess. I asked for a king size bed and set the reservation more than a month in advance just for them to tell me there was a glitch in the system and all they can provide was a double. We are two people and it was a very uncomfortable sleep. "

"We love the Homewood Hilton Brand and this location does not disappoint. The one bedroom suite is perfect for us as I wake up early and can have my coffee while my partner sleeps in the bedroom. The breakfast is great. Wish there was either Raisin Bran or healthy granola cereal but that's not a big deal :) Thanks for everything."
