"Front desk staff was not overly friendly - felt like I was disturbing them. They didn't really want to get up to come check me in. Staff in breakfast area also not helpful nor friendly. But the room, bed & pillows were very comfortable. Hot tub was out of service but they let us use the one in the spa thankfully"

"Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and tidy and quiet. We appreciated the peacefulness of the whole hotel during our stay. Great breakfast - would only recommend that they offer honey and cinnamon for oatmeal. That’s all! Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others."

"Renovations were ongoing, which was good because the rooms and spa area are in great need of updates. We knew this going in so it wasn't a surprise."

"The furniture in the room was very worn. Without using the pillows, it would have been difficult to sit in the chairs. The bed was good. Temperature in the room was difficult to regulate. We tried to turn down the thermostat to 19.5 degrees from 24. However, to make any change we had to use the wall air conditioner."
