"The reception staff were friendly and efficient. The room itself was good, except for the noisy plumbing when the tap in the bathroom was turned on. There were no bathrobes or bath slippers in the room and when we requested them they were not sent up. We had to ask the maid if she could get us some. "Great place to stay. Will use for all coast visits."

"Pleasant surroundings"

"The property is beautiful but one of our rooms had an obstructed ocean view with construction starting at 5 am each morning. Management did manage to switch the room later in the stay. The views from the other room were spectacular 270 degree of ocean/ river/ city views. AMAZING! The roof top area and BBQ facilities were clean and well maintained. Pool was heated. Close to the beach and tram. Would definitely recommend."

"The view from balcony was good. Staff was good. Very noisy place though, you will hear everytime the lift opens, trolly dragging, bags moving, definitely not soundproof walls. There was a big cockroach on the floor at night. Not very impressed . No microwave facility in the room, when we callled the reception to ask if reheating food available, they said they will charge $10 to use the microwave. I mean, come onnnn."

"great"

"It would have been nice to have known about the construction directly across the road and on the corner the noise was unbearable being woken up by a jack hammer at 7am and the lack of amenities within the hotel was shocking and not worthy of 5 star and the staff were rude from the moment I checked in and a guest on a level above was smoking on the balcony not great for my chronic asthma and lung issues"

"Microwave is not in rooms it in lobby Cafe is only open until 10am No office staff on Sunday’s more like a self service hostel than a hotel But in a great location."
