"Positive: staff at check in and check out were both very polite. Negative: Hallways smelled like weed and burning plastic. The entrance had overflowing garbage and the doors to enter the hotel were not locked anyone could walk the halls. You could hear people arguing at 2 am in the parking lot. When we first got in the room all the lamps and Tv were unplugged, the window was wide open. The room has serious water damage. The toilet had dried urine behind the seat, the door to the bathroom...

"The pool was outdated and hot tub jets didn't work. Overall cleanliness was poor. Whole hallways smelled of marijuana. Mold in showers, doors and handles in showers all falling apart. Hotel is very outdated, carpets, furniture and beds in rooms all had stains. All in all the hotel just left a lot to be desired and there are WAY better options in the area at similar price points."

"The staff charged me for the room instead of just the deposit and then gave me attitude when I informed them the room was paid through Expedia in full area. There excuse was that “third party bookings” give them a hard time. That is no excuse to double charge me and just try to hand me room keys like all is well. All is not well. "Pool was closed down for maintenance, the bar did not seem open. Breakfast opened at 7, so could not take opportunity to try in the morning before baseball games. Our room with the kids happened to be right above th ballroom that had a party booked that night, luckily the music did stop by 10pm. Was hopeful for more from Marriott "

"I stayed here last night 4/7/26… first, I was double charged for the room. Manager says it should be back in my card in a few days… we’ll see. At night while blow drying my hair the power went out in my room. Staff came up after I called about 15-20 minutes later. He said there was nothing that maintenance could do… because they had never seen it happen before. He told me I could change rooms if i wanted to… well I was not going to stay in a dark room so I had to pack up ALL of my things and...
