"On our first night, the whole light was off. I had to call the reception desk to fix the light, and all of us was waiting for the fix. we were so exhausted, just waiting... we couldn't even take a shower or anything. It took almost an hour to complete fix. On the next day, I couldn't turn the light off..... I had to call the reception to fix it again... They said sorry, but I'm not sure whether it was right approach to handle this issue. Second of all, except for Tesla super charger, there were...

"Very large space for the money! The gym was spacious and many machines! The staff was very helpful! Would come here again!"

"감사합니다!"

"Good"

"The room was lovely and the view of the sea was excellent. Very comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful and we were thankful for the on-site laundry facilities. Great location to be able to access cable car, the main beach area etc."

"Clean rooms, great views with balconies. Great customer service.Highly recommeded. The only thing that has taken me aback was a paid roof top swimming pool, but the fee was acceptable for one off use. It is 20 min walk from train station. 20 min walk from the cable car view."

"뷰가 기가막히고 대체로 다 좋음. 약간 외진데 있다는거빼면 다 훌륭"

"Great view of the ocean... using the pool facility is bit expensive even if you are staying there. I think they should include the pool use for customers or make them lot cheaper."

"Extremely clean and beautiful hotel. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the staff is very helpful and the convenience store within the hotel is very convenient. However, the restaurant is very expensive. Rooms aren't very soundproof so you can easily hear people speaking in other rooms or things happening outside, even with the windows closed. The location is also not ideal if you have to rely on public transit."

"I would give 5 stars on the property alone but taking a star away for the front desk. They did absolutely nothing to make us feel welcome. No explanation of the property, WiFi, breakfast, etc. just checked us in with minimal effort. The property is huge but stunning. We went to Namhae to visit the temple and a few other sites but wish we had more time on property. Make sure to walk all around for the most gorgeous scenery and views. There is a cafe/wine bar/eatery detached from the main which...

"Personnel met us when we first arrived. The personnel were very friendly and accommodating. The unit was spacious and nicely appointed. Location was great and a great value. We would definitely book here again!"

"뷰가 정말 예술입니다. 방도 좋구 개인풀장도 좋네요"
