"The hotel is alright, however their key-cards constantly de-magnitise. The receptionist tried to make it my problem. Aparently it is my fault that I have phone in one pocket and airpods in another pocket.
Their super-duper fragile keys can’t be next to radio emmiters.
They should go back to metallic keys, if they are unable to buy cards that don’t lose their charge when next to bluetooth earphones. "

"This property was clean and in a great location. Hotel had everything you need. The gym had everything and one of the best gyms i have seen in a hotel. Indoor pool was a nice touch for the colder fall weather."
"Hotel staff are lovely, hotel itself is rired and nweding upgraded. The buffet was not good, if you went in the last hour of service there was very little left and they did not replenish even though there was still an hour to go. Alao the hot food was not kept warm, hot when it was put out but cooled down quickly."

We recently stayed at Secrets Sunny Beach Resort and Spa - Premium All Inclusive - Adults Only, and we were very satisfied! The food was simply excellent – a wide variety and very delicious. I would also like to mention that everything was clean and tidy, which made our stay even more pleasant.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist and provide information. Thank you for a wonderful experience! I will definitely return!
