"Stayed in the junior suite with a beautiful sea view mid September 26 Lovely spacious clean room with a modern and practical design. The whole hotel has been recently decorated to a high standard couldn’t fault the cleanliness throughout. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh clean towels. The staff were all very friendly around the hotel making our holiday as relaxed and easy as we wanted. Reception was particularly helpful nothing was too much trouble for Stanislav and the team. Big...

"Excellent"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and overall, everything was excellent. The service, atmosphere, and hospitality were all very good. The staff were welcoming, respectful, and always made me feel comfortable, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The only downside, as a Muslim guest, was the limited choice of halal-friendly food. Having more halal options available would make the hotel more accommodating for Muslim guests. Other than that, I was very pleased with my stay and have...

"Great place stay in Burgas center"

"We went during the end of the season (mid September) and everything was clearly shutting down - the snack bar closed 3 days early too. Pool wasn’t cleaned every night, was rarely used but when I went in, there was sand at the bottom and leaves floating. The buffet was the same every day, with poor choice for vegetarians (some foods were incorrectly labelled and I had to double check), and mid food at best. In the last days, they were running out of things so no longer had a choice of breads,...

"I booked a king room but was given a twin room instead, which affected my comfort and sleep throughout my stay. When I raised the issue, there was no apology or attempt to resolve it, and I was told to contact my travel agent instead. Management were dismissive and unhelpful when. Calling to reception and if call was answered by senior staff, on 2 occasions I requesting simple things such as milk and water was responded to rudely & unhelpfully. The dining experience was also disappointing,...

"Väldigt bra frukostbuffe. Sköna sängar. Tyst. Stort badrum med badkar. Fina balkonger. Nära stranden. Minus att spa avdelningen stänger så tidigt som kl sju på kvällen. Annars var upplevelsen jättebra! Återvänder gärna. "

"Firstly, most importantly Kseniya the lady in the hotel everyday treated all guests with a friendly and helpful manner. I’ve travelled a lot and most staff have been ok. This place I would give 10 stars for the service and how they treated guests. Which far more important than anything else. Next the location is brilliant . WiFi is brilliant. Breakfast they catered to what I wanted which was amazing and made fresh in the morning. The taxi’s are a rip off here. Just ask hotel staff to find...

"Very good location. The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Very bad WiFi connection."

"Other hotel guests were out of control, lying around reception on sofas for hours, shouting at each other. The experience at breakfast was a free for all, the waste of food by guests was not controlled, the management had lost control. I requested an additional bed at booking but got charged another 90 euro for a sofa bed. I have stayed at many hotels for business and pleasure and would say that this was one of my worst experiences in a long time, I would not recommend this hotel to any family...

"Litt vanskelig å finne plass ved bassenget om en fulgte resortens regler med tanke på plassering av håndkle. Men vanskelig å håndheve."

"Jättenöjd! Riktigt prisvärt och så stort och fint."
