I give them only 3stars, this hotel is so farfrom 4 stars hotels. In the summer forgot about parkong place, has reserved for staff, for security gourds of boss, but not for client of the hotel. Sozopol is very famous and special old town, but with this hotels services...

On the description, they wrote that they have free parking lot, but instead I was surprised to see they only had 5 parking slots and they were all filled. I looked for a place to park my car for about 2 hours when all the 24 hour parking lots were closed and I couldn't get in any because they were full too. I ended up parking in a place that was a 25 minute walk away from the hotel. The room isn't that great either. The walls have cracks in them and the ventilation looked like a complete mess. In my opinion this is not a hotel worth staying in.

Not enough

The breakfast was from previous week probably! They took about 15 euros for our chihuahuas but I don’t understand for what... cause there was nothing prepared not even a coup for water we had ours After all the COVID crisis is for all its not good to bare our skin I will not return there!

Check before you book

+ Views over the bay and the old city are great; central beach and Harmanite beach as well as the old city are within walking distance; the receptionist was helpful. Paid parking within walking distance. - The pool and gym are closed (June 2021), so if this is important for you, check before you book. The sun deck (nicely featured in the images) is demolished/under construction (June 2021). The restaurant is semi-operational (no outside dining or breakfast - June 2021). The breakfast can get very boring. Furniture is rather outdated (aircon and fridge are quite loud). No basic amenities such as a water cooker or instant coffee in the room.

Probably one of the worst hotels i have ever been. Hygiene was absolutely non existant, when mentioned to the hotel, they tried to remedy the issue but still to very poor standard. That was a birthday present to my partner that was absolutely ruined by the clienliness of the property. Will bever return.

Ok hotell hverken mer eller mindre.

Fin beliggenhet like ved stranden og gamlebyen. Nydelig restaurantterasse med utsikt over sjøen og gamlebyen. Ok frokostbuffet, men ganske dårlig middagsbuffet. Ok rom men dette hotellet er noe utdatert. Bråk fra kjøkeskapet. Be om et rom med havutsikt. Vi ønsket å bytte til et slikt rom, men ønsket ble ikke fulgt opp av personalet.

Beautiful view but that's where it ends!

Day 1 we expected a parking spot since the website says free parking but that was not the case. We had to park about a 15 min. walk away, hoping our car wouldn't get towed! Never stayed at a hotel that the cleaning staff didn't make the bed, all they did was take the trash. And the toilet was filthy from the guests before. Breakfast was included but whenever they ran out of something, it would take them forever to replace it. Other than the view & location, the hotel was SUPER Disappointing!

Lovely hotel in an ideal location

A nice hotel in an excellent location overlooking the beach and bay. Street fairly quiet. Easy walk to all parts of the town, including the bus station. Staff are polite and accommodating. There was a difficulty with the way the booking was made and staff were very quick to address it and to make sure that the customer was satisfied. Room was large and very well appointed with terraces both to the town and sea sides. Bathroom was very good but for a slight problem with the shower tray that meant that it overflowed. Staff partially addressed this but the issue was still was there for the rest of the stay. I would stay here again

Worth visiting Sozopol

Pleasant hotel in a very nice seaside town. Staff friendly and spoke English, nice terrace. Plenty of places to explore in town and all in walking distance. Would recommend.

Saimme Hotellissa erittäin hyvän vastaanoton ja huoneen heti kun saavuimme.Merinäköala ja maisemat (Hotelli on rantatöyräällä) olivat upeat sekä huoneen parvekkelta että Hotellin terassilta,jossa voi syödä illallista.Iltaisin kun valot erityisesti vastapäisellä rannalla syttyvät,niin tunnelma on hieno.Hotellia vastapäätä/lähellä on myös muutama minimarketti ja ruokapaikkoja.Ainoa miinus,jonka heti huomasimme oli kaiteiden puuttuminen sisäänkäynnissä että sisätiloissa portaissa matkalla huoneisiin - ja se voi aiheuttaa murheita liikuntaesteisiä ajatellen.Hissi huoneisiin on,mutta avustaja on tarpeen.Huoneemme siistijät olivat ihania.Myös muu henkilökunta oli mukavaa.Taksi Burgasin lentokentältä on n.60 levaa eli n.30 euroa(mm.EkoTaksi lentoasemalla on luotettava/kiinteät hinnat)

Great view

You need to walk 10-15 minutes to the old town / bus station, either on the path along the beach or on the street. But the view is rewarding. We found the hotel pleasant and quiet.
