"Firstly, there is a 139 dollar resort fee which I was not informed of. I ordered room service 2 of the items did not arrive. I went down to politely ask for our missing items. I was told to calm down, and sit down. The staff was treating me that I was speaking another language finally the manager came and told us he would refund the order. This never happened. Also our tv in our room wasn’t working. I tried calling reception multiple times but no one ever answered. I would like to receive my 139...

"Hello, I am staying at your Holiday Inn Austin-Town Lake for two nights, and my card has already been charged. I reported that the AC was not working and that water was leaking through the window. Although the AC was repaired, the window leak was not fixed. The solution provided was to leave towels to catch the water, rather than repair the leak.
I appreciate that the AC issue was resolved, but I am disappointed that the window leak remained unresolved and that towels were used as a temporary...

"I would not rebook this hotel. My main reason for this is that the actual room was much too small, lacking substantial privacy and also lacking basic amenities including any drawers to put clothes and no refrigerator. The room has an advertised beverage cooler but does not actually chill any items and anything perishable will certainly rot. Another is was the total lack of privacy with their frosted bathroom. You can see EVERY motion of whoever you are staying with in a muted version. For...

"First room I was given the bathroom looked dirty, there was hair and dirt on the floor and in the shower. Gross. I went and asked for a new room, they gave me a new room key, went to my new room and someone was already in the room! They gave me a key to someone’s room! How does that happen. Ok next room I get there is a pair of USED PANTIES under the sink counter. I asked for a refund and was told to contact Expedia for a refund. When Expedia contacted the property the front desk refused to...
