"Hjälpsam och trevlig personal som löste att vi bokat fel och råkat boka ett singelrum för 3 personer. Vi fick ett dubbelrum och ett enkelrum bredvid varandra och sonen blev helnöjd över eget rum. Stupava är ett mysigt litet samhälle med supergod gelato utanför hotellet och gångavstånd till flera restauranger med bra service och god mat. Bra parkering på innergården av hotellet. "

"The entire staff at Hotel Michael was wonderful — always kind, welcoming, and smiling. We requested a late checkout at 2:00 pm instead of 11:00 am, and they graciously accommodated us, which we truly appreciated. Our room was clean, comfortable, and warm, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a great variety of options. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and is 100% recommended. We would gladly stay here again!"

"Wonderful hotel in one of the castle wings. Room was large, but the bathroom was small and has a bathtub with shower, it’s OK, but not more. In the castle cellar is the Czech National Wine Centre, where they have over 160 wines from the Czech Republic, and you can buy s ticket for 2 hours and taste as many as you want, each wine has a large fold-up with data and a QR code so you can read in other languages. "When I arrived, the room had trash on the floor and under the bed. There was also a hole in the back of the door, like someone punched it. The kitchen was dirty and the fridge had moldy food in it - the moldy food was still in the fridge when I checked out! For a one week stay, I was given only one bath towel. No hand towel or washcloth. There was no mat for the showers and nowhere to place your clothes while you showered, except for the dirty floor. On the second day, I requested help from...

"Bad experience. Dirty shared showers toilet and hallway areas. These areas should be cleaned once a day otherwise they filthy. Hair on the bed. Holes in sheets. Loud tenants in complex - hard to sleep. Long ways out of Vienna center. Area not so nice. But the price was reasonable."

"Was wonderful. Was had to wait awhile to check in, but there was self-service wine and we sat outside in the garden on the beautiful sunny afternoon. The rooms were large and lovely, very comfy beds, large bathroom, the heaters were plenty warm. We did a tour of the winery production and had a heuriger dinner that evening. Situated in a beautiful paet of the Weinvertel, and there are ample opportunities to hike and ride bike. Lots of other wineries nearby as well."
