"No breakfast as advertised"

"Stayed here because it was convenient to where I needed to be in Washington. Room smelled strongly of cleaning product / disinfectant. I wondered if there was some sort of problem in this room prior to my arrival because another guest staying there did not have this problem in their room. The six postage stamp sized pillows on the bed were a joke. There is NO drawer space in these rooms, and on my arrival there were only three hangers in the room. "On arrival there was no reservation for me. The room I ended up getting had so much moisture in it it smelled like mold so in the morning when I woke up I could hardly breathe and had to be moved to another room. It was partially cleaned. Swimming pool and spa were closed no one sure when it would ever open again. The last day there I went to the bathroom and sat on the toilet and water poured through from the ceiling on me. They didn't seem too concerned and since it's Sunday they said they'd...

Staff was not offer any solutions just stating under new management and renovation staff was very dismissive to the customer concerns. Observed staff do the same to other customers. I encouraged customer to write a complaint. Staff would not provide information to corporate. We came for the 4th of July our best ti.e was being away from the hotel."
