The overall cleanliness was poor: the floors were not properly swept, the hallway and stairs had not been vacuumed, and there was a noticeable unpleasant smell throughout the property. The doors also appeared poorly maintained and unprofessionally painted. Customer service was equally disappointing. When I called to ask about checking in slightly earlier, the staff hung up on me. I had to call back multiple times before finally getting through. Based on the condition of the room, lack of cleanliness, and unprofessional service, I would rate this hotel an F."
