"Very disappointing stay. Check-in was frustrating from the start. I rang the bell and could see an employee looking at me but she didn't acknowledge me. After waiting, I rang again. She finally came over but directed me to a TV screen where a remote agent checked me in while she helped a couple who arrived after me. I had to scan my own ID, credit card, and activate my own room key. There was also an unexpected $50 deposit. When I got to my room, there were no towels, no extra toilet paper, dust...

It's also in a convenient location with stores and restaurants nearby. For the price, it exceeded my expectations. "We stayed here last year and it was such a nice hotel we decided to stay again this year for my husband’s work trip in the area. The pool, gym and in hotel restaurant - along with outside restaurants shopping and a nail salon within walking distance made this fun for me while he was working. The property is well maintained, the have security in the lot outside and the staff is very friendly and helpful."

"Terrible experience. As soon as I entered the room, I was greeted by roaches crawling on the bed and walls. The room was in extremely poor condition and seemed to be falling apart. Nearly everything I touched was loose or coming off. The bed was heavily stained, and the mattress was discolored with large brown stains. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the room were unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here. I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE THIS PIECE OF SH*T ONE STAR!! I left so fast I...

"The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean. The breakfast was good. The air conditioner was set at 75 and wouldn't let the temp be adjusted. It was quite warm since it was 98 degrees outside. Still a good deal for the price."

"Don’t book! They charge 100 dollars incidentals & then scam to not return the full amount. We were accused of stealing LED lights from the bathroom which was not true. We barely spent time in the hotel & were only there for short increment of time. We requested sheet changes after finding stains on our bed & they refused to replace our sheets & towels. Front desk workers were rude when I tried to find solutions to these problems."

Do not like that they made a photo copy of my id and credit card and then made me write it down because I checked my son in the day before. Especially since it was prepared. There was no reason to do all that. I understand the card in case there was an issue after we left. But then both my card and my son’s card was charged for the same room. Needing an id for every person staying in the room...
