"I've stayed 4 times at Laguna Hotel. This room was not the best and the most expensive (but its July.) Single rm. The room was very dusty especially the carpets, They need to invest in better PILLOWS. The side panel to Bath loose. Shower head OK. I visit Bournemouth regularly as my son at Uni."

"The room was large and well appointed. The bathroom could have done with better clean. Rogue hairs on floor but everywhere else good. Apart from mosquito that ate me alive nothing but good to say. Ate in restaurant. Food good but very slow service. 55 mins for simple order. Would recommend ..."
