"Clean and spacious. "

"The hotel was great and the room clean and comfortable with a great view. The location was good, with the ocean directly in front of the hotel across the street. Several places to eat close by and lots to see in walking distance. The only negative was a strange bathroom lay out with the toillette boxed in by the shower stall. I would certainly recommend it for a stay near Genoa."

"Eine schöne neue Unterkunft. Jedoch wurde bei der Ausstattung gespart. Dinge wie Kleiderhaken, Garderobe, Geschirrspüllmittel sowie ein Geschirrhandtuch und Handseife haben leider gefehlt. Das Wlan hat so gut wie garnicht funktioniert. Weiterhin sollte die Einfahrt dringend erneuert werden. Diese ist sehr eng, steil und teilweise sandig. Mit einem normalen PKW setzt man dort auf! Leider hört man auch jeden Schritt sowohl von den oberen als auch von den unteren Wohnungen. Die Unterkunft hat...

"L’appartamento si trova in un palazzo storico, affaccia solo in un cavedio perciò non ha alcuna finestra alla luce diretta ed é molto umido. Pur avendo soggiornato in aprile faceva freddo. Il termoarredo presente era guasto. Gli organizzatori ce ne hanno fatto pervenire uno nuovo il giorno seguente. Inoltre, pur avendo prenotato per 4, la casa era allestita per 2. Inside though, it has a very creepy feeling and the staff just felt off. As a young woman traveling for me is scary by itself. It did not help that while I was trying to take a shower, a man tried to break into my room and was banging my door down. "Das Zimmer war kompellt neu saniert, groß und ruhig mit einem tollen Badezimmer. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Der zusätzlich gebuchte Parkplatz war ca. 3 Häuser weiter. Er war durch ein elektrisch zu öffnendes Tor absolut sicher. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Nachteil für Personen mit Gebehinderung: Um den Aufzug und die Rezeption zu erreichen müssen einige Stufen überwunden werden. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Bushaltestelle liegt praktisch vor der Türe."
