"We liked the Hotel overall. Some details were not perfect, for example the bathroom could be in a better condition. The a la carte breakfast was very good but very small portions. All in all a good hotel for 1-2 nights to explore the Etna area."

Giacomo in particular was a superstar, passionately speaking about the wines of the winery and the region, giving us great restaurant recommendations and really going above and beyond with a smile. The rooms are clean and relatively spacious, the breakfast is wonderful, the owner is absolutely phenomenal (he even assisted me with gassing up my car before we left!), and the pool is absolutely magnificent…I’ve never seen a nicer pool outside of a resort!"

"Our stay at the Villa Neri was wonderful. The area is quiet and peaceful. The staff were all courteous and amazing. The hotel itself is a little bit secluded so driving is recommended if you want to get around and explore yourself. There are many things available to do at the resort: spa facilities, pool, tours of the winery, etc. The food was amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a relaxing atmosphere for their trip."

Pool was nice with a beautiful view of Mt Etna. Highly recommend if you want something a bit more intimate and away from the larger towns. "
