"We arranged transport from the port to the hotel which was easy to do, just contacting them a day before arrival. The hotel is in a nice area and close to a fifteen to twenty minute walk back down to the port. Our room wasn’t ready yet, but they held our luggage and allowed us to use the restroom and sit at the outdoor tables. The views from the balcony are lovely and there are a couple small sandy/rocky beach areas off the hotel. The room was clean and the shower had plenty of hot water....

"Loved our stay. Excellent breakfast, the pool and grounds are stunning. A staff picked us up at the ferry in golf cart early in the morning which was terrific. Would definitely go back and stay here. "

"Amazing hotel! With the most beautiful view of the vulcano, from the also amazing pool! You can’t see the lava from this side, but beautiful anyway. Clean and spacious room! Fábio was the kindest host! Good breakfast Far from the Porto, if your luggage is heavy get a local taxi"
