"This is a bed and breakfast, but the owner does not live on site. The hotel is on the 5th floor of residential building with a gate - so you won't know you're there until the owner meets you (no signs etc). Google maps will tell you you're there. If you see a gated building and Google says you're there, it is probably correct. If you're coming from the airport or train, take the Alibus to Viale bus stop and you'll be about 2 minute walk from the hotel - If you're coming from train ask someone...

"Our stay in Catania was great. The hotel manager went above and beyond helping us on multiple occasions. The area and views from the hotel were less than scenic but a short walk away was the dining, shopping, and historic areas. It was a little unnerving to find the hotel lobby door was locked on the inside so we could not exit without the desk clerk and his key when leaving early."

"Stayed at this B&B from 22/05/2025 to 26/05/2025. Very clean, secure and quiet. Very warm, accommodating and friendly host. B&B has a home from home feel. Host was very helpful with what to do and where to go. Arrange transport and transfers, even got to borrow her umbrella of which I lost ! Missed times for breakfast but she still went out her way to make sure we did. She checked in with us daily and regularly. I will definitely recommend staying here. Thank you so much Ivana. "
