"Very amazing facility. Our Family Pool Access is perfect. Great location, not too busy, not loud at all, yet still not too far from Ao Nang. Uber friendly and very helpful staff through and through. Me and my best friend had the best time/experience in Krabi and Chermantra doesn’t even disappoint even one bit. Will definitely come back to stay here again on my next trip to Krabi. Resort bar is also very accessible and room delivery is a plus. Love!"

"They upgraded me free to a deluxe room, it was really nice! Super my stay I didn’t have any type of problems, the staff were always available and really helpful, also the breakfast was good! The location is good, you have a lot of things just walking 5/10 minutes far away from hotel. I really enjoyed my stay with them, so I recommend them for sure!!!"

"From the moment of check-in to when we checked out. The entire staff pandered to our every wish, On the second day it looked like one of the tires on my car was low. One of staff actually used a Bicycle Pump to top up the air. He then took me a local tire repair shop and got it fixed very cheap. The next day he came back and asked f all was well. The room was impeccable. The free shuttle to take you anywhere you wanted to go and return was a very nice touch. Would HIGHLY recommend the LUX...

"We've returned from a 12 night stay at Alisea Pool Villas and cannot recommend it enough. We had a 3 bed pool villa for a family of 4. It was spacious, the gardens and surrounding area is beautiful and the pool was fantastic. We ordered a couple of meals, breakfast and dinner and the food was excellent. But it was really the staff who made it for us. They were so helpful, arranging boat trips, quad biking and making recommendations. We used the hotel taxi down to Ao Nang a couple of times...
