"So far the best hotel of our trip and this was the third hotel we stayed in. Super clean, modern and comfortable. Best staff! Let us check in early and was so kind and friendly throughout the whole stay. Loved the room and the built in couch. Loved the tea and coffee in room and the lobby. Everything was perfect and made our stay memorable. So many eateries around. Discovery tours pick up from the hotel. Beds so comfortable. Bathroom so clean and modern. "We stayed here at the end of August for 3 nights. It was a nice quiet location at the top of the strip, further away from all the action which we liked because it’s all walkable. Also they gave us free bus passes. The bus stop is only a few steps away so it was easy to hop on hop off to go for dinner or a hike up Tunnel Mountain. The room’s interior design was very fresh & modern with interesting artwork taking inspiration from women of the backcountry & nature. We loved being on the ground...

"Absolutely loved the cabin feel of a hotel room with a fireplace to make it extra cozy! Could not have asked for a more beautiful view of the mountains to wake up to. Hotel staff and all the people at Sudden Sally were so friendly. Highlight of our afternoons were the delicious espresso martinis at happy hour…perfect for starting your evening. Bus stop right across the street made it easy to get to any spots in town quickly!"

"長く滞在していないが接したスタッフの方達はどの方も接しやすく親切で有難かったです。 ダウンタウンに徒歩で行ける距離でいつでも出かけられるのが良かった。またロビーに併設されている？レストランはすぐ行けるうえに美味しくて最高でした。 部屋に関しては、それなりに清潔でしたが、電気湯沸かし器が何かでベタベタしていて使いにくかった。また夜まで近くを走る列車のクラクションが聞こえ、時折人の騒ぐ音がよく聞こえたので音の気になりやすい人は注意が必要かも。 バンフはとても気に入ったのでまた行きたいが、こちらのホテルにまた泊まるかは状況次第というのが今回の総評です。"

"I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the staff was whether it was at the front desk to help check me in or the staff in the restaurant. Every single person I spoke to was wonderful. I was served by I think her name was Tilly (sweet Australian red head) at the bar..
