"Room was clean however hotel is dated and the A/C was poor. We stayed at several other hotels in Sicily that this wasn't an "Italy" standard. People at the desk were very friendly and helpful. Only drawbacks are you have to take a taxi into town, restaurants are NOT within walking distance and A/C is not acceptable in the middle of August heat. Beach was nice."

"Definitely needs refurbishing. Old fashioned keys, no room safe, window security very poor and an en-suite had basin that moved as you touched it. Balcony felt dirty and had another room’s outside light shining all night into my room. Some of the electric lights in my room did not work. Gerade bei einem schönen hotel was ist mit traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Personal war top und immer hilfsbereit sehr angenehm und immer für einen da. "The place was so beautiful Would stay again. Panoramic views. The room we had was at the bottom so would try and book a room at the next level. Staff great.Restaurant and taxi booked which would have been difficult because of the big concert at amphitheatre .Sebastiano at mealtime made sure I had his homemade limoncello which was exquisite. It’s a bit outside the central town, so expect major walking to see the sites. No shuttle to Teormina’s rail station so expect overpriced Ubers or packed city buses to transport you back to train. "Everything is the hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The pool was very nice - the beach was beautiful. Overall, was an excellent choice. The staff was very accommodating. the restaurant was very good. The only concern is that our room was not very cool - air conditioning was not strong enough.
