"Clean surroundings and helpful staff"

"The hotel staff failed to provide breakfast throughout my stay and refused to send the bill for the booking amount, despite me sending them the receipt. staff member, keeps making excuses, promising to send it 'today' or 'tomorrow'. This hotel was a terrible experience."

"Overall: 2 stars I’ll try to be unbiased and just state the facts of my experience. Don’t trust the 4 and 5 star reviews. At check in, the reception member took 7 phone calls during our check in rather than attending to the 2 people in front of him. Staff were generally unapproachable and rarely smiled. The room was clean and nicely furnished, but the mattress was rock solid and hurt my back. The WiFi was essentially non existent. The pool had highly restricted hours and we were told to leave...

"Het was geen goed hotel, erg vies. Lakes en kussen slopen zaken in maanden niet gewassen. De foto's zijn ver van de realiteit."

"Its good"

"Worst Ramada hotel I have been too. The property has not be taken care of. The bathroom were mouldy. Bedroom had so many mosquitoes , when asked for an all out. They said they didn’t have any available. Considering all the all outs were being used by other rooms the owner knows their is problem. So why not get more all out and also get pest control. I have stayed at many Ramada hotels, this is definitely the worst one. This place is ruining Ramada’s reputation. the breakfast was below...

"The staff was helpful but hotel I didn’t find much clean and there’s no kitchen in hotel also if you’re planning for breakfast and all."

"Room provided was not deluxe at all. I booked deluxe room though"

"Good parking space and staff"

"Room achhe the par staff rate ki vajah se thoda upset the isliye har bar puch rahe the ki check out kab hai 😠😞"

"My stay at this hotel was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The service and hospitality provided by all staff is mind blowing. All the staff are very polite, sincere and obidient. Specially Manager of this property Mr sanjay and seetu is very caring person.
