"We stayed in a twin room. It was very dark, and the bathroom was quite small. We did not even have a place to hang the hand towel. Room service was quick, but the restaurant was quite slow. Great location!"

"The room was ok on arrival if you look past the stains on the carpet and hole in the hand towel. When I opened the hand towel a big clump of dark brown hair fell out of it. Made me feel sick. Staff were nice. Check in was horrendous with only one person on the desk so a massive queue had formed. They take £100 off your card “in case” you spend anything on your room during your stay. "Enjoyed the stay but it was noisy trying to get to sleep in the cottage room and I’m curious as to why there were only 9 loungers in the spa but there are 60 bedrooms ? I had to sit on a chair .. not really the spa experience I was looking for. Also another gripe of mine is no full length mirrors in bedrooms ? And no table near a mirror to sit and dry hair and do makeup ? It’s the little things that make all the difference."
