Don't expect any amenities in your room, they are basic and in a communal area in the hall. But that is explained in the room described. "We had a great stay at JetPark Hotel Auckland Airport. The property was clean and tidy throughout, which made for a really comfortable experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always happy to help when needed. There was plenty of parking available, which made things easy, and the amenities provided everything we needed for a convenient and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend!"

"This is the worst place we could have stayed, the reception was useless despite calling ahead to advie what time we would be there. The rooms were not clean, tables were dirty, no bedside tables no bedside lamp, floor sticky, no heating, rooms had windows out into the hallway with light flooding in. Doors were broken, bedroom had weird glass sliding doors. Not a nice place to stay."

"Traveled 6hours and wanted a hot shower and to settle into bed for an early morning Departure. When we turned up, our room hadn't been vacuumed. We were given a room and had to run the shower for 10mins, for it to get warm. THEN we tried to settle in bed but people were being loud/swearing etc outside the room and a child was running up and down outside our door so we had to request a new room.
