"Great spot if playing at Spooky Nook. Not a lot for kids to do in downtime (no pool, no games, etc.). Kids have to pay to use the gym. Was raining and parking is across street ( no garage or close parking). Room didn't get cleaned while we were ther 4 days. Location is great, just not a lot of things to do for kids if you have downtime without paying more money."

"This was a breath of fresh air for a stay at an IHG hotel. The Avid was clean and well appointed for our stay. The price was much below other hotels offering nearly the same amenities. The manager Clinton made a point to ask if we were having a good stay and if there was anything they could improve, he even listened to our comments about the IHG website and other IHG locations we had stayed at.
