"Hotel is surrounded by lots to eat. Also close to public transportation with a short ride to the city center. The zoo in Munich is also a highlight. It’s only a 10 minute bus ride or just a 20-30 minute walk through the city and lots of parks. Hotel was clean and well stocked. Quiet area, AC worked great. "The staff and customer service are extremely friendly and helpful! When I was placed in multiple rooms with problems (marks on the walls and badly damaged surfaces, then a room with a very moldy smelling bathroom), the front desk staff was very apologetic and immediately found me another room. The property is not the best maintained (lots of scratches and dings on the walls and some grout in need of refurbishment) but the hotel is very clean and spacious.
