"Room was fine minus the ac barely working & there being no toilet paper at first. The bigger issue is how thin the walls are. We could hear every conversation, there was a ton of yelling from 3am-10am, and a lot of banging noises. We have stayed here before & had no issues but this time was a different experience."

"Was nervous after booking and seeing the bad reviews. Couldn’t cancel because it was non refundable. Well I’m glad I didn’t because I was pleasantly surprised. Front desk lady was super nice and professional. Room was clean and beds were comfy. But outdated for sure. Nothing fancy. Air conditioning worked great. It was a quick overnight stay on our long trip home. Perfect for what we needed. Close to 95. Would I want to stay multiple nights? No but for what I needed it for. Perfect"

"The Hotel has always been my best one to reserve when visiting with family members for the last 10yrs or more. The staff was always friendly and the rooms were always kept up. This time I was very disappointed at the way the room that I was in. The lock on the bathroom door was not even on the door, the bathroom sink bowl was cracked from the top rim to the stopper. "They charged me the authorization hold instead of a pending authorization on the day of check in when the girl literally said “it’s just a hold not a charge” like most hotels do . I called my bank and they stated that it was a charge not a hold . When i called them out on it , they told me there was nothing they could do until the weekday and to contact guest services. "The location of this hotel is great! We spent only one night so we didn’t take advantage of lots of the amenities. The staff was really great every time we interacted. Will stay here again."

"Ok pour une nuit sur la route si vous ne voulez pas payer trop cher avec un déjeuner inclus. À savoir, le lit manque de soutien, les oreillers sont bas de gamme et la climatisation fait du bruit. Pour notre part, on a mal dormi et ça été un bon levier pour se lever à 6h pour repartir sur la route tôt. Concernant le déjeuner, la distributrice de jus d’orange était vide mais au moins il y avait du jus de pommes. Rapidement le plat d’œuf s’est vidé et il n’y avait personne pour remplir les plats...
