"Asides from the great service and hospitality, the property has an amazing nordik spa along with amazing view points. I found myself going on the view trails every sunrise and sunset. Really recommend the stay here it’s not like anything else. "
"We showed up very late to our check-in due to a delayed flight, and the staff was so wonderful with the directions. What could have been a stressful moment, was put to rest with a quick message from the hotel. The attention to detail with the posters in the hallway of movies filmed in the area and the hand written card in the room was so nice to see. We loved our room. So clean and quiet. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for such a great experience. Well hopefully be back soon!"
"Great place to stay while in Canmore! The front desk staff was great as was the restaurant staff. We came down in the afternoons and asked for the staff to light a fire in the big fireplace and they were always happy to oblige! Room was comfortable and my husband is a tea drinker. He loved that the room had a hot water kettle and tea bags. "
"I liked that the property was away from the hustle and bustle of town but still walkable. The only downside was the trains running out back most of the night. FYI the Georgetown Pub across the street is a great English Pub!"
"Friendly customer service from the moment you walk in. They know if your room(s) are ready (we were early). Very clean & organized from when you walk in, very impressed with beautiful mountain view from the two queen bed suite-tastefully decorated with just enough furniture, that makes up for the train below ;) mini fridge, coffee/tea w/indiv wrapped cups w/lids.microwave. Attn to detail as 3 guests, enough towels, clean comfortable beds & washroom with pump-style toiletries & small sanitizer...
"Accommodation was amazing. All our expectations were met. Convenient location, very close to downtown Canmore and miraculous view of nature around. Did not have a chance to use Spa facilities but it is a great bonus to the place 😊"
