"The pool and hot tub were both broken and they had been for awhile. I was told that structural damage was the reason and it was going to cost to much to replace them. It would have nice to know that they were not functional before I booked the room as I would then have looked for another hotel. If the pool and hot tube are not available then they should be taken out of the description of amenities so that a customer can make a decision based on what is available."

I had several face-to-face conversations with the manager of this location and was told this would not happen again! Well it did and further conversation fell on deaf ears. I would not recommend staying at this location to anyone. The Sleep Inn is also under the same management so I...
