"Beautiful property close to all the action. Our room was incredibly loud the first night, but the staff quickly found us a quieter room for our toddler the rest of the stay. We did encounter some small issues (tv remote missing, wardrobe light wouldn’t turn off). Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would be back. The staff is stellar."

"The room was very clean other than shower floor, not really an issue though. The staff was very helpful and welcoming! The breakfast was super yummy and efficient I would say the only thing that wasn’t as hot would be the tortillas. Other than that very good and tasty. The outdoor pool was good just had a few leaves and insects from the rain earlier that day. Not really a problem. Very nice and deep went up to 5 ft❤️"

"Tips: Bring your own soap and shampoo. Shower before 8 am if you want a hot shower. Breakfast is fine if you like waffles, eggs, apples, toast, and cereal. That’s pretty much all there is. The coffee is not good. The property is relatively new but already worn."

"Loved our room, bed was comfortable. The front desk lady wasn’t the kindest . No luggage carts to be found as we looked for hours to bring up a heavy luggage. The lady at the bar was the best as she found a cart for us. Swimming pool hand rail was broken as the hot tub rail which is dangerous. Only 3 lounges in the pool area no chairs. Washer and dryers are in a closet, could definitely have another set on another floor."

"The lobby was closed upon arrival, took a while for the doors to be unlocked. Lobby air condition was broken, with one box fan circulating the air, the smell of pot was wafting in from the outside patio, where the doors were open.
The lobby may have been recently updated, however, the rooms haven’t. Bedding was old and pillows were extremely old/lumpy."
