"Stayed here with 3 kids and had a great time. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was wonderful and very helpful. We stayed around Easter time and the hotel would hide Easter eggs around the hotel daily with prizes for the kids. They absolutely loved it! The pool was a big hit too. On our first morning we accidentally came too late for breakfast and the wonderful staff made sure we still got something to eat. 10/10 would stay here again!"

"There needs to be bars of soap for people that sit in the bathtub. The shower gels are too high for people in the tub and they have to stand in the tub just to get soap."

"The room was not cleaned (short staffed) but the front desk readily gave us clean towels and an apology. The shower floor was very slippery with a few errant pieces of rough tape place haphazardly in the floor. Front desk suggested we put a towel on the floor for safety. The rate of the room is great and I appreciated that, but the airco vent was right next to the desk which made using the desk uncomfortable with cold air blowing on you. "Hotel rooms were clean and as advertised. The staff was friendly and they served a good breakfast on the weekends. Parking is adequate and there is bright sunlight right outside your room doors in the morning if you are about these things. The owner is present on the property to answer any questions and assist as needed. It is also 15 mins from Hershey's attractions so an ideal place to crash at after spending the day at the theme park."

"Cameron was excellent at the front desk when we first checked in and helpful throughout our stay. The people in the lounge were great. The restaurant service was good. It was breakfast that I had and they kept checking on me to make sure if I needed anything else all the hotel staff was friendly and ready to service to our needs."
