"Love the beds and the pillows. Everything was clean, but there were two flies buzzing around the room all night. I was also placed in an accessible room with a roll-in shower and the shower head was very low. I had to hold the shower head in my hand to wash myself, which wasn't ideal. The toilet also wasn't secured to the floor and was jiggling when you sat on it. "

"We stayed in the West Inn section of the hotel and it was wonderful. Our room was spacious with 2 queen beds and everything was spotless. We also had a few drinks in the bar and the service was great and drinks were delicious. We had breakfast at the restaurant which was very good as well. We did not eat at the restaurant for other meals but the menu seemed to have a good variety of options. This hotel is within walking distance of many shops and other restaurants as well. One thing to note is...

"First time visitor and would definitely stay here again. The staff was very helpful & friendly. I had to make (2) separate reservations for the same room, and it was handled without a glitch. The room was spacious and clean. Highly recommend!"
